Nestled in the heart of Moontown, Alabama, North Alabama Canoe & Kayak (NACK) offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore the serene Flint River. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an exciting family outing, NACK provides the perfect setting for all ages.

The Flint River, a free-flowing waterway, invites adventurers to immerse themselves in its natural splendor. With a typical float lasting approximately 3.5 hours, paddlers can enjoy the gentle currents and picturesque landscapes that define North Alabama's waterways.

NACK offers both kayak and canoe rentals to accommodate your preferences. Rental rates are $45.00 per person, which includes parking, put-in, take-out, and return transportation to NACK. Children aged 6-12 can join the adventure for $25.00 each, while those 5 and under ride free with an accompanying adult. For those bringing their own equipment, a shuttle service is available at $30.00 per person, covering parking, put-in, take-out, and return to NACK.

To ensure a smooth experience, please note that NACK operates on a cash-only basis, with an ATM available on-site. Additionally, pets are not permitted on the trips.

The last shuttle departs at 2:00 PM daily and all participants must be loaded in the final van by this time to embark on the river.
