Iconic West Coast Chain Announces Multiple Restaurants and Franklin Headquarters |
In-N-Out Burger is making significant strides in its expansion into Middle Tennessee, with plans to open several new restaurants and establish a corporate office in Franklin.
The company has identified three upcoming restaurant locations...
Lebanon: 915 S. Hartmann Drive, near Interstate 40.
Antioch: 4130 William Turner Parkway.
Murfreesboro: 2508 Medical Center Parkway.
While specific opening dates have not been confirmed, the company anticipates these locations will be operational by early 2026. The hiring process is underway, with starting wages listed at $17.50 per hour, a rate considered competitive in the region.
In addition to these restaurants, In-N-Out is constructing a 100,000-square-foot eastern territory office in Franklin, slated for completion in 2026. This facility is expected to create approximately 275 jobs, supporting various business functions from operations management to IT.
Further expansion plans include potential locations in Hendersonville, Madison, Smyrna and Mt. Juliet, with each site at different stages of development. The company is collaborating with local officials to finalize plans and approvals for these additional restaurants.
This strategic growth marks In-N-Out's first major expansion east of Texas, reflecting the company's commitment to bringing its renowned burgers and fries to new markets. |
