I work with adults who are going through a difficult season, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to make sense of something that isn’t working anymore. In my practice, counseling is a place to slow down, talk honestly, and figure out what’s actually going on. I won’t tell you how you’re supposed to feel or hand you a list of things to fix. We’ll look at what’s happening in your life, what may be contributing to it, and what you want to be different. From there, we can work on practical ways to help you feel more grounded and move forward. I offer individual counseling for adults dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

I provide telehealth and face to face counseling for a variety of presenting issues. I accept BCBS, United, GEHA, Aetna, and self-pay.
