Safe Space Therapy & Consulting was built on the premise of allowing you a secure space to explore, express, and simply be YOU. Mental health is as important as physical health. What are you doing to address the challenges in your life? Safe Space offers individual counseling ages 6 and up specializing in trauma and ptsd, women's issues, life transitions and adjustments and military and veteran spouse challenges. Other challenges are addressed as well such as anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. Safe Space also offers couples counseling addressing communication, conflict resolution, and premarital/marital.
