About

Sojourner Counseling Center is the Solo Practice of Jane Sweeney, LPC-S, NCC. Jane provides personalized care for children ages 6-14 challenged with Anxiety or Depression using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy developmentally appropriate best practices. Jane also sees adults ages 30+ dealing with Anxiety or Depression using a Person Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework. Meeting people where they are and providing a non-judgmental space for persons to explore and grow is central to Jane's practice. Being present with people as they journey through life's ups and downs as Parents, Children, or Adults, is a privilege.
