The Aviation and Missile Command Safety Office and Logistics Readiness Center Quality Assurance Ammunition Surveillance Workshop are hosting an Amnesty Day.

The event allows for the anonymous return of small arms ammunition (.50 caliber or less) without fear of disciplinary action.

The goal is to remove explosive hazards and keep the community safe.

... I have wonderful neighbors. Thank you to the Recycling Fairy that put my recycling receptacle on the curb for me this week. I appreciate you recognizing the fact that I have a difficult time remembering the recycling schedule. 🤗❤️ - Melodie

Got a neighbor who made your day?

Maybe they brought your trash can in, waved from the porch or just made you smile... We’re collecting shoutouts for local folks who deserve a little appreciation. 💛

My love language is acts of service.

Potato Factory Food Truck

The Potato Factory is all about one thing done really well... loaded potatoes and fries that feel like comfort food with a choose-your-own-adventure twist. You pick your base then stack it up with toppings until it’s basically a full meal. It’s filling, customizable and perfect for sharing if you order a couple different builds and pass bites around.

Build-your-own baked potato for the full experience or try loaded fries when you want something snacky but still hearty. If you are feeding a group, grab a mix of meat-forward and veggie-forward toppings so everyone gets a win.

Since it’s a truck, the best move is to check the live schedule before you go. You can expect mid-range pricing for a meal-sized potato or fries and it usually feels like solid value because portions can be big.

They do catering so they’re a strong option for office lunches, school events, church gatherings and neighborhood parties where you want something fun but easy for guests.

If you want a meal that’s cozy, customizable and guaranteed to travel well, The Potato Factory is a great pick. Catch them at a pop-up, bring a friend and order two different builds so you can swap bites.

Want to see where they’re parked this week?

Check the schedule and roll up hungry.
