IBH offers a variety of integrated mental health services including outpatient and inpatient services, as well as onsite psychiatric services in long-term care facilities. IBH services consist of psychiatric assessments and evaluations, medication management, individual and family counseling, treatment planning, and disease education.

Journey to New Beginnings Counseling Services provides trauma-informed therapy for women and teen girls seeking healing, restoration, and deeper connection after painful life experiences. Our primary focus is sexual trauma, while also supporting women’s issues, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and emotional disconnection. Our clinicians use trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and relational care—to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and personal growth. We help clients reconnect across the five levels of intimacy: physical, emotional, mental, sexual, and spiritual—moving from survival to wholeness in a compassionate, safe space.

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) provide specialized group therapy for adults facing emotional challenges that affect daily life. Each program is tailored to individual needs and offers a structured setting to work through mental health difficulties with professional guidance. Through group therapy led by certified mental health clinicians, participants learn coping skills, manage stress, and build resilience. Our IOP creates a supportive community where individuals gain insight, connect with others, and develop practical tools to navigate life with confidence.

The SpOT Clinic (The Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy Clinic), is a private practice providing a wide range of services (Pediatric Speech, Pediatric Occupational, and Pediatric Physical Therapy) in Hampton Cove, Madison, and Gulf Shores, Alabama.
