About

Journey to New Beginnings Counseling Services provides trauma-informed therapy for women and teen girls seeking healing, restoration, and deeper connection after painful life experiences. Our primary focus is sexual trauma, while also supporting women’s issues, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and emotional disconnection. Our clinicians use trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and relational care—to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and personal growth. We help clients reconnect across the five levels of intimacy: physical, emotional, mental, sexual, and spiritual—moving from survival to wholeness in a compassionate, safe space.
