Journey to New Beginnings Counseling Services provides trauma-informed therapy for women and teen girls seeking healing, restoration, and deeper connection after painful life experiences. Our primary focus is sexual trauma, while also supporting women’s issues, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, and emotional disconnection. Our clinicians use trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and relational care—to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and personal growth. We help clients reconnect across the five levels of intimacy: physical, emotional, mental, sexual, and spiritual—moving from survival to wholeness in a compassionate, safe space.

At IBH, our mission is to provide patient-centered, high quality mental health services to meet the needs of individuals and families in Alabama. IBH offers a variety of integrated mental health services including outpatient and inpatient services, as well as onsite psychiatric services in long-term care facilities. IBH services consist of psychiatric assessments and evaluations, medication management, individual and family counseling, treatment planning, and disease education.

We provide patients in North Alabama the latest in depression treatments. We are pleased to be able to offer NeuroStar® TMS Therapy to our patients. Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Therapy is one of the most technologically advanced depression treatments available. This non-invasive, outpatient therapy is FDA cleared and has helped thousands of depression patients who have not received adequate results from antidepressants.

Wildflower Wonders Play-Based Therapy offers naturalistic, child-led therapies including ABA, Occupational Therapy, and Speech in both group and individualized formats. Our group model brings multiple providers together in one setting, reducing travel for families while promoting socialization and play. We also provide special education advocacy to support families navigating school services, and neuroaffirmative summer camps that celebrate every child’s strengths.
